- Organic rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – essential oil, 10 ml
- Organic lemon (Citrus limon) – essential oil, 10 ml
- Organic peppermint (Mentha piperita) – essential oil, 10 ml
- Organic MCT oil – odourless carrier base, ideal for roll-ons
- 2 roll-on bottles in dark glass, 15 ml
- Recipe card with step-by-step instructions
How it works
Add 4 drops each of rosemary, lemon and peppermint to the roll-on bottle, top up with MCT oil, done. When needed, roll onto your wrists or neck, breathe in deeply – and carry on.
