- Organic bergamot (Citrus bergamia) – essential oil, 10 ml
- Organic MCT oil – odourless carrier base, ideal for roll-ons
- 2 roll-on bottles in dark glass, 15 ml

How it works
Add 4 drops each of sweet orange, lemongrass and bergamot to the roll-on bottle, top up with MCT oil, done. In the morning, roll onto your wrists and start the day with a smile.
