Returns and right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? No problem. At Viworo you'll find a generous return policy: you have 30 days from delivery to return your products without giving any reason. For selected products we extend the return right to 90 days (the indication is shown on the respective product page).

Right of withdrawal – 30 days instead of 14
You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract – well beyond the EU statutory minimum of 14 days. For products marked as such, the period extends to 90 days. You don't need to provide any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Option 1 (recommended) – Electronic form:
Open our electronic withdrawal form, complete it in a few minutes and submit it directly. You'll receive an immediate confirmation and the shipping instructions within 24 working hours.
Option 2 – By e-mail:
Alternatively you can write to us at info@viworo.com providing:
- Order number
- Items you would like to return
- Your contact details
Return conditions
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- Products unused and in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase available (order number or invoice)
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, health or product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed products once opened (essential oils, mother tinctures, plant extracts, natural cosmetics)
- Personalized products or items made on request
- Gift cards
💡 Discounted or promotional products can also be returned under the conditions above. The EU right of withdrawal applies to all products, including those on sale.
Return shipping
Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs: paid by the customer
- Exception: for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products, we cover everything – including pickup
Refund
After receiving and verifying the goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order (card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
Damaged or incorrect products
We ask you to check your order immediately upon delivery. In case of damage, defects or incorrect items, please contact us immediately: write to info@viworo.com with a photo of the issue – we'll find a solution right away, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order after the return has been accepted. This is the fastest way to obtain the product you want.

Return and withdrawal rights are governed by:
- D.lgs. 21/2014 (Italian Consumer Code)
- EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
- EU Directive 2023/2673 – electronic withdrawal form mandatory from 19 June 2026
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the processing of personal data
