Withdraw from contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. For selected products we extend the withdrawal right to 90 days (the indication is shown on the respective product page). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer – except in case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, in which case we cover everything.

Legal basis: Art. 52 et seq. of D.lgs. 21/2014 (Italian implementation of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 – electronic withdrawal form mandatory from 19 June 2026).

For hygiene reasons, opened or used items (essential oils, mother tinctures, natural cosmetics) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For defective or incorrectly delivered products we always help, regardless of the right of withdrawal.
