We ship via Poste Italiane throughout Italy and to the European Union member states. We currently do not ship to Switzerland via the online shop. Living in Switzerland? Write to us at info@viworo.com and we will gladly send you all the information.

📦 Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You'll receive the link by e-mail as soon as your package is on its way.

Packaging

Your package arrives comfortably at your home – the packaging is discreet, environmentally friendly and prepared with care. We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

Payment methods

We accept: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer. All payments are encrypted and securely processed via Shopify.

Office pickup

By appointment you can pick up your order directly at our office in Lana (Zollstr. 21 · 39011 Lana, South Tyrol, Italy). Write to us at info@viworo.com to arrange an appointment. You can also meet us every day at the weekly markets in South Tyrol – see schedule.

Returns and right of withdrawal
