The complete evening ritual
Here's how we recommend building the routine. It takes 30–40 minutes total, of which only 20 are active.
Minute 0 – Preparation (5 min)
Fill the diffuser with water to the indicated level. Add 4–6 drops of essential oil: lavender for a more floral atmosphere, stone pine for the balsamic mountain notes, or 2+2 for a blend. Switch on the diffuser, dim the lights.
Minute 5 – Session start (5 min)
Lay the mat on the bed, sofa, or floor on a rug. The first few times, wear a cotton t-shirt between your back and the mat. Lie down slowly, eyes closed, hands along your sides. For the first 2–3 minutes the pressure is felt: breathe deeply.
Minute 10 – The central moment (15 min)
After the first few minutes, the warmth arrives. The sensation changes – the pressure becomes almost pleasant. The diffuser's aroma surrounds the air. The mind starts to wander, then slows down. This is the heart of the ritual.
Minute 25 – Closing (5 min)
Get up slowly, drink a glass of water. Leave the diffuser on for a few more minutes while you get ready for bed. Go to sleep. Many of our customers report that sleep comes faster and deeper than usual.

Can I choose other essential oils?
The Deluxe Set comes with lavender and stone pine – the two most classic essences for the evening session. Once finished, you can use the diffuser with any other 100% pure essential oil – for example eucalyptus, litsea cubeba, sweet orange. See also our essential oils guide.
How long do the essential oils in the set last?
10 ml = about 200 drops. With an average use of 4–6 drops per session, each bottle lasts 30–50 sessions. The two oils of the set therefore last for 2–3 months of daily evening ritual.
Can the two oils be mixed in the diffuser?
Absolutely. The blend 2 drops of lavender + 2 drops of stone pine creates a classic atmosphere of the alpine South Tyrolean ritual – floral and woody together. One of our favorite blends.
