The Sealamorkt in Glurns

In the Vinschgau valley the All Souls' market is called „Sealamorkt“: every year on 2 November, Glurns (Glorenza) becomes one big market. If 2 November falls on a Sunday, the market is held on the following Monday – in 2026 it is a Monday.

Around 226 pitches are spread across the little town, including farmers and producers selling their own goods. You will find pretty much everything, from clothing to food. Sheep and goats are a reminder that the Sealamorkt used to be a big livestock market too.

Glurns itself is worth the trip: it was granted market rights as early as 1291, and the smallest town in South Tyrol is still completely enclosed by its medieval walls.

When we are there

We are there for the whole market day. According to the municipality the market runs from 7:30 am to 3 pm.

Our tip: after shopping, take time for a walk under the arcades and along the town walls – Glurns is small enough to see everything on foot.

How to find our stand

Look for the large green gazebos with our logo. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where we are in town.

Getting there and parking

By train and bus: the Vinschgau railway runs to Schluderns or Mals. From there, Citybus 274 takes you to Glurns, stops „Rathaus“ and „Malser Tor“.

By car, it is best to park outside the old town and walk the last few steps. Good to know:

  • On market day, access roads to the stalls are only open until 7:15 am.
  • Until 30 November 2026, St. Pankratiusgasse and Gerbergasse are closed to traffic and parking because of excavation work.

Coming from the Merano area, the Vinschgau railway is the more relaxed option – no need to look for parking.

What you will find at our stand

We bring our full range – the same as at all our other markets and in the online shop:

  • organic essential oils
  • plant extracts and mother tinctures
  • natural cosmetics and carrier oils
  • personal advice – that is what we are there for

Viworo is a family business from Lana, since 1989. We run the stand ourselves – so you talk to the people who actually select and buy the oils.
