What is MCT Oil
MCT stands for "Medium Chain Triglycerides". It is a fractionated oil obtained from pure organic coconut: only the medium-chain fatty acids (C8 and C10) are extracted, producing an oil that stays liquid and transparent at all times, even at low temperatures.
Unlike regular coconut oil, which solidifies below 24°C, MCT oil remains fluid under all conditions. It is completely odourless and does not alter the scent of essential oils – the ideal base for aromatherapy.

Does it contain palm oil?
No. Our MCT oil is extracted 100% from organic coconuts. We consciously avoid palm oil.
Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes. MCT oil is considered non-comedogenic – it does not clog pores. It is ideal for sensitive skin too.
Why does it stay liquid?
Regular coconut oil solidifies below 24°C. Through fractionation and extraction of only the medium-chain fatty acids (C8 and C10), this oil stays liquid and transparent at all times – perfect for roll-ons and dispensers.
Can I also use it in the kitchen?
Yes. MCT oil is odourless and tasteless. It can be added to coffee (Bulletproof Coffee), smoothies or used as a cold dressing. It is not suitable for high-temperature frying.
How much do I need for a roll-on?
For a 10 ml roll-on, about 9 ml of MCT oil and 5-8 drops of essential oils in total. A 100 ml bottle is enough for about 10-11 roll-ons.
