👕 Can I use regular bedding over the sheet?
Yes, no problem. For the best conductivity, we recommend natural fabrics like cotton, linen or silk. Avoid thick or synthetic materials directly over the sheet.

The cable connects the sheet exclusively to the protective earth contact of your outlet – not to the electrical circuit. No electricity flows: it simply allows accumulated voltages to drain gently from your body into the ground.
⏳ How soon will I feel a difference?

📐 Why is the sheet only 90 × 200 cm?
One sheet is usually enough, even for a double bed: in our experience the effect reaches about 2 metres around the sheet (200×90 cm). Lay it lengthwise, head to foot. A second sheet with its own cable is only useful if both partners want contact with the silver fibre — for example with high EMF exposure.

Wash at 30°C, don't use fabric softener, and don't tumble dry. With proper care, the sheet lasts for years.
