How to use the oil
🧴 Skin & Massage
Apply a few drops to still-damp skin after showering. Walnut oil absorbs quickly and nourishes without feeling greasy. Also ideal as a nourishing massage oil.
💇 Hair
Massage into the scalp and lengths before washing (leave for 20–30 min). Strengthens brittle hair and gives it a natural shine.
🥗 In the Kitchen
A drizzle over salads, pesto pasta, aged cheese or desserts. Its nutty flavour is an unmistakable gourmet touch. Never heat – use cold only to protect the Omega-3 fatty acids.

🥗 Can I use it for cooking?
Walnut oil is perfect for cold dishes: salads, pasta, cheese, desserts. Not suitable for frying or cooking – heat destroys the precious Omega-3 fatty acids. Always add it after cooking.
🧴 Is it suitable for the face?
Yes. Walnut oil is lightweight and absorbs well. It nourishes dry and mature skin without leaving an oily film. For very oily or acne-prone skin, we recommend our Jojoba Oil.

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that your body cannot produce on its own. Walnut oil is one of the best plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid. They support the skin, cardiovascular health and cognitive function.
💇 Does it really help with hair?
The essential fatty acids and vitamins in walnut oil nourish the scalp and strengthen hair from the root. As a pre-shampoo treatment (leave for 20–30 minutes), it adds shine and reduces breakage.

It depends on use. For the kitchen (a drizzle daily on salads), a 100 ml bottle lasts about 3–4 weeks. For skin or hair care it lasts much longer. Refrigerate after opening.
