Blending suggestions
All three oils blend beautifully together. With Roman Chamomile, 1–2 drops are enough – it's very intense. Here are three blends for different evening moods:
Deep Relaxation
2 drops Bergamot + 2 drops Lavender + 1 drop Roman Chamomile. The luxury blend for mindful relaxation moments.
Goodnight Ritual
3 drops Lavender + 1 drop Roman Chamomile. Gentle and enveloping – perfect before bedtime.
Sunny Evening
3 drops Bergamot + 1 drop Lavender. Light and cheerful – for ending the day on a positive note.
How to use
In a diffuser: 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water. In an aroma lamp: 3–5 drops in the water bowl. In the bath: 3–5 drops emulsified with a little milk or honey in the bath water. For a massage: 2–3 drops in 10 ml carrier oil.
Tip: With Roman Chamomile, 1–2 drops are enough – it's very concentrated. Less really is more here.

What's the difference between the three oils?
Bergamot is citrusy-floral and gently uplifting. True Lavender is the floral classic for calm and balance. Roman Chamomile is gentle, warm and enveloping – the deepest and most precious scent in the set. Together they cover different facets of relaxation.
Why is this set more expensive than the others?
The price is mainly due to Roman Chamomile – one of the world's most expensive essential oils. Hundreds of kilograms of hand-picked blossoms are needed for a single litre of oil. The good news: you only need 1–2 drops per use, so a bottle lasts a very long time.
Can I blend them together?
Yes, they harmonise beautifully. The combination of all three is particularly lovely. With Roman Chamomile, 1–2 drops are enough – it's very concentrated and intense.
Are they suitable for a relaxing bath?
Very much so. Add 3–5 drops (blended) emulsified with a little milk, honey or an emulsifier to the bath water. Never add essential oils neat to water – they don't dissolve and can irritate the skin.
Can I apply them to my skin?
All three can be applied to the skin diluted in a carrier oil (maximum 1–2%). Particularly lovely as a relaxation massage oil. Important for Bergamot: it can make the skin photosensitive – avoid direct sun after application.
How long does a set last?
Thanks to the economical dosage (especially with Roman Chamomile), this set lasts a long time. With regular evening diffuser use, the small format (3 x 10 ml) lasts about 4–6 weeks, the large (3 x 30 ml) several months.
