Ginseng
In traditional Chinese herbal medicine, Ginseng has been known for millennia as the "root of life". The scientific name Panax derives from the Greek "pan" (all) and "akos" (remedy) – a name that says much about the esteem in which this plant has always been held. Tintura Madre, 50% vol.
Damiana
The "herb of the joy of living" of the Maya. The peoples of Central America knew it as a warming tonic and prepared it as a ceremonial tea. A plant that in tradition has always been associated with vitality and the pleasure of living. Tintura Madre, 55% vol.
Dandelion
Perhaps the best-known wild plant in Europe. In European folk medicine, dandelion has been valued since the Middle Ages for its bitter compounds. In spring, "dandelion cures" were a widespread ritual across the Alpine and Mediterranean regions. Fresh plant extract 1:1, 30% vol.
Horsetail

The daily ritual

Morning
5-10 drops of Ginseng or Damiana in a glass of water. To start the day on the right foot.
Midday
5-10 drops of Horsetail in water. The ideal moment for horsetail and its silicic acid.
With meals
5-10 drops of Dandelion before or after a hearty meal. The bitter compounds of dandelion are the traditional companions of good food.
Recommended cycle: 4-6 weeks, then a break. Always dilute in water before intake.

Do I need to use all four extracts every day?
Not necessarily. The ritual is a suggestion. You can use them individually or combine them according to your preferences. The VitalQuartetto is designed to give you the option of choosing the right plant for the right moment.
What is the difference between Tintura Madre and fresh plant extract 1:1?
Tintura Madre (T.M.) uses dried or fresh plants in a concentrated hydroalcoholic solution. The fresh plant extract 1:1 uses the freshly harvested plant. Both methods preserve the full active compound profile, but start from raw materials in different states.
Can I use VitalQuartetto alongside other supplements?
Generally yes, but we recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist, particularly regarding Ginseng if you are taking anticoagulants or blood pressure medication.
Why four separate extracts rather than a single formula?
Each plant has its own optimal alcohol content for extraction (from 30% to 55%) and its own preparation method. Mixing them into a single formula would compromise extraction quality. Moreover, with four separate bottles you can freely choose which plant to use and when.
How long does a set last?
It depends on dosage. With regular use of 10 drops per extract per day, the 4 × 30 ml format lasts about 3-4 weeks – perfect for a complete cycle.
