Organic Mountain Pine (Pino Mugo)
Origin: Alps · Pinus mugo
Fresh, resinous and intense – like a handful of mountain pine needles crushed between your fingers. A scent that instantly recalls a morning in the mountains: clear air, sunshine, the smell of resin and stone. Popular as an invigorating room fragrance in the morning or when the air indoors needs a lift.
Organic Stone Pine (Pino Cembro)
Origin: Alps · Pinus cembra
Warm, balsamic and soft – the scent you immediately associate with a traditional Tyrolean parlour. Stone pine wood has been cherished in the Alpine region for centuries, and its scent has something enveloping and reassuring about it. Ideal for the evening hours, when you wind down and leave the day behind.
Organic Spruce (Abete Rosso)
Origin: Alps · Picea abies
Clear, green and refreshing – like a walk through a dense spruce forest after a summer rain. A versatile scent that suits any time of day and unfolds its fresh note best with the windows open. Less resinous than Mountain Pine, less warm than Stone Pine – instead light and uplifting.
Blending suggestions
The beauty of this set: you can use the three oils individually or blend them together. Here are three combinations that are particularly popular with our customers:
Mountain Forest
2 drops Mountain Pine + 2 drops Spruce + 1 drop Stone Pine. Fresh and invigorating – like a morning walk through the forest.
Cabin Evening
3 drops Stone Pine + 1 drop Spruce. Warm and inviting – perfect for the evening or cosy hours at home.
Fresh Air
2 drops Spruce + 2 drops Mountain Pine. Clear and refreshing – ideal when the indoor air needs a lift.
How to use
In a diffuser: 3–6 drops per 100 ml of water – individually or blended. In an aroma lamp: 3–5 drops in the water bowl. On a scent stone or wood clip: 2–3 drops directly.
Also popular in the sauna: all three oils are classic sauna scents in the Alpine tradition. Add 2–3 drops to the infusion water.
Tip: Use Stone Pine in the evening, Mountain Pine or Spruce in the morning – this way you make the most of each oil's different character.

What's the difference between the three oils?
All three come from Alpine conifers, but they have very different characters. Mountain Pine is intensely resinous and fresh (mountain air), Stone Pine is warm, balsamic and enveloping (cabin atmosphere), Spruce is clear and lightly refreshing (forest walk). Together they cover the entire spectrum of Alpine woody scents.
Can I blend them together?
Absolutely – in fact, that's one of the biggest advantages of the set. The three oils harmonise beautifully with each other. You can blend two or all three together and discover new scent combinations every time. Our blending suggestions above are a good starting point.
Are they suitable for the sauna?
Yes, all three are classic sauna scents in the Alpine tradition. Add 2–3 drops to the infusion water. Mountain Pine and Spruce are particularly suited for a fresh, invigorating infusion.
Can I apply them to my skin?
Essential oils should never be applied undiluted to the skin. For cosmetic use, always dilute with a carrier oil (such as almond or jojoba), maximum 1–2%.
How long does a set last?
With daily diffuser use (3–5 drops), the small format (3 x 10 ml) lasts about 3–4 weeks. The large format (3 x 30 ml) lasts several months – at roughly 75 cents per day, a comparatively affordable natural experience.
Is it a good gift?
