Bio Pumpkin Seed Oil: Nature's Raw Power
Our organic pumpkin seed oil is unroasted and 100% natural. Unlike the well-known roasted salad oil, it does not taste like nutty nougat, but authentically green, herbal, and raw. This is exactly what maximum nutrient density tastes like.
Why "Raw" is Better
Many only know the dark roasted oil. We deliberately avoid roasting. Why? Because heat destroys vital nutrients. Our "green" taste is proof that sensitive phytosterols, vitamins, and antioxidants are preserved. It is pure nature – ideal for those who value function over sweet dessert flavor.
Rich in phytosterols. The traditional companion for men's well-being for generations.
No roasting aroma, just the pure, raw taste of the plant. 100% raw food quality.
Never heat! To protect the vital substances, use only cold for salads, smoothies, or pure.
Zinc and linoleic acid support the hair from the root, nourishing the scalp and tips.
Usage & Ritual
Internal: The Spoonful of Nature
Enjoy a tablespoon daily pure or stir it into cold foods (yogurt, muesli, smoothies). Important: The taste is intensely plant-based, evidencing the high density of secondary plant compounds.
External: Root Care
Gently massage the oil into the scalp before washing your hair and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. The nutrients can thus work directly where the hair originates.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why doesn't it taste like Styrian oil?
Classic "Styrian oil" is pressed from roasted seeds. This creates a nutty aroma but kills heat-sensitive vitamins. Our oil is unroasted (raw) to preserve the full plant power. It therefore tastes "greener" and more tart.
Can I cook with it?
Absolutely not. Native pumpkin seed oil is very heat-sensitive. Heating it would destroy the valuable ingredients. Please only add it to dishes after cooking.
